Use of MSCC facilities are governed by the following:
Food Guidelines
- Governs the distribution and serving of food at events.
Food Waiver Form
- Submit this form to MSCC Hospitality and Event Services if you would like to use a non-TAMU food vendor.
Food Distribution Using Caterers Form
- Use if the vendor will be expected to serve the food.
Food Distribution Form
- Use if the vendor will not be serving the food.
Food Safety and Sanitation
- Standard Administrative Procedure Statement.
Open Event Guidelines and Procedures
- Governs events open to the general public and expected to attract 150 or more attendees
Concessions Rules
- University Rule governing the distribution of advertising, promotional and informational materials, sales of merchandise, and collection of donated goods
Freedom of Expression Guidelines
