If your organization needs a place to hold a meeting or host an event, the University Center features a wide range of meeting rooms and banquet facilities spread throughout the center’s five buildings:

• Memorial Student Center (closed for renovation beginning August 15, 2009)
• J. Earl Rudder Conference and Events Center (Rudder Tower)
• Rudder Theatre Complex
• John J. Koldus Student Services Building
• All Faiths Chapel

If you need to use any of the facilities in the Rudder Theatre Complex, or to arrange any audio/visual equipment needs, click here.

To reserve space in any of the other University Center facilities, contact the Hospitality and Event Services group. We can help you identify and reserve the right room for your event; perform set-up and tear-down; coordinate with Custodial and Dining Services; and assist with your meeting and conference materials.
