MSC OPAS was founded in 1973 to enlighten, entertain, and inspire the students and community by presenting professional touring performing artists. Opportunities exist for students to participate in planning the season, managing the house, raising money to support programming, designing publicity materials, and helping young children experience the arts. OPAS has brought Les Miserables and The Nutcracker recently. MSC OPAS is part of the Memorial Student Center Complex at Texas A&M University.
