The Spencer Leadership Conference is a four day conference in Dallas with the goal of inspiring thirty sophomore Aggies to pursue leadership based on their interests, passions and abilities. Various civil, professional, and service oriented leaders in the Dallas area will tell their personal stories at the conference to teach various facets of leadership including personal investment, influencing and serving others, and having the ambition and drive to implement leadership every day.
